Wool is the perfect fiber for carpeting due to its sturdy texture and shape-retaining properties, which make it capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic. It is also great at repelling dirt and soil, thanks to its waxed outer surface that keeps dirt suspended on top of the carpet, making it easy to clean and vacuum.
